Follow these steps to delete your account or data
Delete account:
Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. When an account is deleted, the complete data history and all saved interactions are deleted. You have the option to delete your account yourself through the “Settings” page in the coobi cope app.
Simply follow these steps to delete your account:
1. Open the coobi cope app and tap the Settings button on the bottom right of the screen
2. Tap “Edit Profile”
3. Tap “Delete Account” and follow the prompts to complete the delete process
If you no longer have access to your account, please submit a "delete account" request and include the email address of the account you would like to have deleted from our system.
Deleting your account will not resolve login, premium access, or other technical issues.
Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.

Data deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. When the data is deleted, the complete data history besides the user profile and all saved interactions are deleted. You have the option to delete your data yourself through the “Settings” page in the coobi cope app.
Simply follow these steps to delete your data:
1. Open the coobi cope app and tap the Settings button on the bottom right of the screen
2. Tap "Analytics"
3. Tap “Delete existing Data” and follow the prompts to complete the delete process
If you no longer have access to your account, please submit a "data deletion" request and include the email address of your account.
Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.
