Follow these steps to delete your account or data
Delete account:
Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. When an account is deleted, the complete data history and all saved interactions are deleted. You have the option to delete your account yourself through the “Settings” page in the coobi cope app.
Simply follow these steps to delete your account:
1. Open the coobi cope app and tap the Settings button on the bottom right of the screen
2. Tap “Edit Profile”
3. Tap “Delete Account” and follow the instructions to complete the deletion request.
If you no longer have access to your account, please contact us at service@coobi.health or via the chat on the website.
Deleting your account will not resolve login, premium access, or other technical issues.
Processing your request can take up to 7 business days.

Data deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. When the data is deleted, the complete data history besides the user profile and all saved interactions are deleted. You have the option to delete your data yourself through the “Settings” page in the coobi cope app.
Simply follow these steps to delete your data:
1. Open the coobi cope app and tap the Settings button on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap "Analytics"
3. Tap “Delete existing Data” and follow the instructions to complete the deletion request.
